This last week I have spent waking up at 6am and cycling around Vancouver, looking for fast hills, quick turns and sick spots for sunrise. I found that getting on the bike before anything (this probably applies to just exercising in general) will make you feel amazing for the rest of the day.
Im also stoked to say this was shot on my iPhone. Never knew I could capture a decent photo with this little thing.
